I am a debut novelist, adventure blogger, short story writer, amateur historian. I enjoy traveling the world but spend most of my time in the mountains and on the coast of the Pacific Northwest or the wide-open desert and canyons of the American Southwest. I enjoy climbing, backpacking, and researching vexing mysteries. My writing is grounded in historic locations, for the Apache have a saying, "wisdom sits in places." 

My mission is to bring hidden corners of history to life in interesting and uplifting ways.
